Permit Use

This application is for permit to work within Graham County Right-Of-Way relating to utility lines and appurtenances located within, under along and upon Graham County Roads. Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-360, §11-251.

Permit Purpose

The purpose of this application is to allow the reasonably safe use of Graham County highways. Graham County has the statutory authority and responsibility to adequately control highway rights of way to prevent their abuse or unauthorized use. Due to the increasing number of requests for activities by groups with the desire to occupy all, or a portion of the highway, or activities which may impact Graham County right of way, the use of special event permits has been established.
