Graham County Health Department offers three excellent youth development, sexual health and life skills programs to 12 to 18 year olds in Graham County. Graham County is part of a statewide teen pregnancy prevention initiative to reduce teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease among youth. The curriculum being offered to youth are Wise Guys, Smart Girls, and Wyman Teen Outreach Program.

Birth Statistics
Arizona's teen birth rate continues to be higher than the national average despite significant decreases in these rates since 1998. The teen pregnancy rates dropped to a historic low over the last three years in Arizona. Arizona dropped from 6th in the nation to 12th with a drop of almost 30%.
2013 in Graham County there were:
- 15 births among mothers in the 15 to 17 year old groups
- 49 births among mothers in the 18 to 19 age group.
Sexually Transmitted Diseases
2014 in Graham County for all genders and age groups there were:
- 95 cases of Chlamydia
- 21 cases of Gonorrhea
- 7 cases of Syphilis
