CASA
The Graham County CASA Program promotes and supports community-based volunteers who advocate on behalf of abused and neglected children in juvenile dependency cases.
Cemeteries
The Graham County Engineering Department administers the Ashurst, Bryce, Graham and Hubbard cemeteries. This includes purchase of grave plots and processing interment notifications.

Children
Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a nutrition program that helps low-income families learn about nutrition, eating well and staying healthy.
Children & Youth with Special Health Care Needs
Children with special health care needs means children with ongoing conditions or disabilities, who need or use health care, therapies, behavioral health, counseling, special education or other services, that most children don’t use.
Examples include the following and many more:
- Allergies
- Anxiety Disorder
- Asthma
- Attention Deficit Disorder
- Autism
- Cancer
- Cerebral Palsy
- Diabetes
- Eating Disorders
- Epilepsy
- Fragile X Syndrome
- Hearing or Vision Impairment

Code Enforcement
The Community Development Director shall serve as the building official. The building official or his duly authorized representative is the authority charged with the administration and enforcement of the Graham County Building Code. The Graham County Board of Supervisors may appoint:
- A Chief Building Inspector
- A Chief Electrical Inspector
- A Chief Mechanical Inspector
- A Chief Plans Examiner
- A Chief Plumbing Inspector
- Other Related Technical Officers and Inspectors and Other Employees as Needed

Collections
Criminal, juvenile and domestic cases found to have outstanding balances are placed through the court’s automated system into collections which is then administered by LDC Collection Systems, per statute: A.R.S. §12-116.03. For more information contact the Graham County Clerk of the Court 928-428-3100.

Commission Agenda
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets every third Wednesday of each month and posts their agenda regularly.

Minutes are also online. Meeting minutes are kept on file after they have been approved. The approval process can take anywhere from a month to four months depending on the frequency of meetings.
Commissions
A.R.S. 11-802 states, “The Board of Supervisors…shall plan and provide for the future growth and improvement of its area of jurisdiction…and…form a planning and zoning commission to consult with and advise it regarding matters of planning, zoning, and subdivision platting…” A.R.S 11-806 indicates, “The Commission shall act in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors and may, from time to time, and shall, when requested by the Board, make a report or recommendation in connection with any matter relating to the development of the County…” “The Commission shall prepare and recommend to the Board a comprehensive plan of the area of jurisdiction…to conserve the natural resources of the County, to insure efficient expenditure of public funds, and to promote the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare of the public.” A.R.S 11-821 - “The Commission shall formulate and adopt a comprehensive long-term county plan for the development of land…with the general purpose of guiding and accomplishing a coordinated and harmonious development of the area of jurisdiction.” Find the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting agenda.
Communicable Disease Reporting
Monitoring and surveillance of communicable diseases is an additional function of the Health Department. Communicable disease reporting is accomplished in accordance with the Arizona Administrative Codes R9-6-101-601. Statistics are compiled locally and also in collaboration with the ADHS Bureau of Epidemiology and Disease Control.

Use this Planning & Zoning Complaint Form to report property violations such as discarded furnishings, vehicle parts, construction debris, household garbage, inoperable vehicles, junk, unsightly-unsanitary or hazardous accumulations.
Use this Engineering Complaint Form to report road hazards or flooding violations.
